• Content Uploaded to Site Content that you upload to the site is used only to create your ringtone, once your ringtone has been created and successfully received by you or others you have chosen to share it with, we delete the content you uploaded from our servers.

Uses

If you submit personal information to Tondai, we may use that information to operate, maintain and improve the features and functionality of Tondai, and to process any communication that you send to us.

In return for providing you with the Tondai service we reserve the right to use your email address and/or mobile telephone number to send you commercial or marketing messages without your further consent.
